The personal data we collect depends on our relationship with you. If we are entering into a contract or a pre-contract discussion with you we will collect your name, email address, telephone number, job title or role and the name and address of your employer/organisation.  For sales and marketing purposes we collect your name, email address and/or telephone number. You may opt out of your personal data being used for direct marketing purposes at any time.

Protection of personal data 

Your personal data is stored on a firewall protected cloud-based server in a password protected database. It will not be shared with third parties without your express permission other than as may be necessary to carry out our contractual obligations to you or as required by law.

Retention period  

We will not store your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed. At the end of that period your personal data will be deleted or anonymised. 

 

Changes to this privacy statement  

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.

Pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 2 sub b UK GDPR everyone has the right to inspect and rectify or erase his/her personal data or limit the processing concerning him/her, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.
