EqLD Dashboard
For this service, we collect open-source diversity data from a specific area, then present it in an interactive dashboard. The goal of this is for you to see equalities data in the locations where you operate. We feel that seeing data linked to a location can contextualise it and increase group understanding, in a way that simple data cannot.

We work with you to decide which datasets are most relevant to you; and to decide which points of interest (or areas) you want to see equalities data for.

We can provide additional bespoke information that clients would find useful such as socio-economic data, public transport, local charity and voluntary sector organisations or anything else for which we can find open-source data.

We present the information on our accessible and interactive dashboard, making it easy to compare areas with each other or with regional and national trends. We include analysis for those not familiar with interpreting equalities data and a narrative showing how key diversity features in a geographical area fit into the bigger picture.

We offer a multi-year license that includes regular updating of the information. The data, context and insights we provide help our clients make business decisions that are inclusive, reach new markets and fulfil their equality responsibilities.

We also offer training on how to use the information to create effective Equality Impact Assessments. These are used to assess the impact of policies, services and employment practices on diverse individuals and communities.
