Jessica Corby

Our CEO, Jessica Corby has worked as a specialist diversity consultant for over twenty years and has extensive experience in auditing policies, practices and procedures, providing bespoke training and supporting companies to fulfil their equality duties. For the last 10 years she has been working with public and private sector organisations to develop their Equality Impact Assessment EqIA processes and procedures supporting the production of:

appropriate governance
EqIA policies and practices
Toolkits for writers of EqIAs
Quality Assurance processes

She has designed and delivered training to staff involved with the EqIA process as well as, coaching staff, influencing managers, chairing meetings, reviewing EqIAs and more.

She oversees all of EqLD's projects and mentors new talent.
